BRETT WHITELEY ~ THE MEANING OF EXISTENCE

in Passion Of Art by

The fine art of painting, which is the bastard of alchemy, always has been always will be, a game. The rules of the game are quite simple: in a given arena, on as many psychic fronts as the talent allows, one must visually describe, the centre of the meaning of existence.

Brett Whiteley (Australian artist, 1939-1992)

Nona Rostagno

Nona is  born in the Ukraine, but for political reasons her father left his country in 1943 to live somewhere else. They went to Brazil. The whole family got the Brazilian nationality. In Brazil Nona had the opportunity to study languages, music and specially art.  Her first exhibition was in Germany, in Hamburg, in a Refugee Camp and she was only 5.  Since then she never stopped drawing. Lately she discovered that teaching is marvelous as she is able to help many people emotionally.

The painting we see here is about a person that played near her studio. She didnt know him, but now they are friends. He plays for her, calling her…

Alifya loves art and drawing since childhood at an early age of 8..

She loved doing space art when she was 10.. She admired the vast universe and galaxies and other various solar systems that existed in this region which knew no bounds…She was amazed for such “a wonderful creation by god ever made”…this increased her knowledge and motivated her to sketch different landscapes of planets with their moons.. She also practiced calligraphy of her own made words in different patterns and gave designs to it in her own style of creation….

NANDITA RITCHIE ~ PAINTER

in Passion Of Art by

Nandita Ritchie is a self taught artist and paint in the Impressionistic style.  Her works are highly textured with a sense of relief work. I try to capture vibrant colors of nature with the effect of light. I work mostly with palette knife using the “ impasto wet on wet “ technique.

Her work is a visual diary of her experience of the garden where she grew up as a child watching her grandfather and father working with their green hands creating the most beautiful garden with exotic flowers and trees for her to play, enjoy and respect nature, in her home town pink city Jaipur, India.

MAN RAY

in Passion Of Art by

“Of course, there will always be those who look only at technique, who ask ‘how’, while others of a more curious nature will ask ‘why’. Personally, I have always preferred inspiration to information.”
